How long does the application process last?

The application process to the university lasts from 10 to 20 days.

What happens if I fail, can I apply again?

Yes, you can apply as many times as you wish, and we will support you as long as you are serious and committed. There are no punishments if you fail an interview or assessment.

How many hours of class per week?

From 12 to 16 hours per week.

Is this a full-time or a part-time degree?

If you attend classes 10-12 hours per week, it is considered full-time in the UK, and it is expected that you will study some extra time.

How many years does each course last?

This will depend on the qualification you aim to achieve. Courses can vary from 1 to 4 years, depending on the qualification you want to obtain and the qualifications you already have.

How do I send documents to you? Do I need to send a letter?

Documents are sent via email for security reasons.

Why do I need to do the Foundation Year?

Not everyone needs to do the Foundation Year. When we submit your application, the university will evaluate your qualifications, and if they believe you do not need to attend the Foundation Year, they will offer you a place directly into Year 1.

I have IELTS, do I need to do the Foundation Year?

It will depend on your other academic or professional qualifications. IELTS only proves your level of proficiency in the language; there are other qualifications that universities are interested in beyond language proficiency.

How do you help me prepare for the interview?

Our professionals will first assess your English level and develop a bespoke plan to help you. They will give you practice exercises, provide mock tests, and conduct mock interviews to ensure you are fully prepared for the university interview and assessment.

If I do not like the course I chose, can I change?

Yes, as long as you complete the academic year with satisfactory grades. We can assist you in changing your course, subject to availability and entry requirements.

What are the course and university options?

What documents are required?

You will first need to prove that you have been living legally in the UK for at least 3 years before the first day of classes. The remaining required documents will depend on the course, university, and whether you have academic qualifications or are applying based on professional experience.

We do not charge for our services, provided that you apply and start your studies at one of our partner universities. All support is free of charge.

Do you send documents to the university?

You do not need to send original documents. Universities usually request photocopies initially. If the university requires original documents, they will invite you to visit the campus in person.

How long does the process take?

It takes between 10 to 20 days to be accepted by the university. After that, we start your application process for Student Finance England to secure your financial support.

I have a B1 level but speak like an A1. What can I do?

How long do I need to be living in the UK to be accepted?

Student Finance is available for home students, individuals with UK residency status. You must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years before the start date of your course.

When will I receive my decision?

After you are accepted by the university, we will submit your application to Student Finance. Once completed, Student Finance England typically takes up to 6 weeks to provide a response.

How much financial support will I receive?

Each case is assessed individually. The amount you receive depends on your personal circumstances and, if applicable, your family's financial situation.

Can I attend classes if my funding hasn't been approved yet?

It is important to attend classes even if your funding application is still being processed. Missing classes in the first weeks could result in the university withdrawing you from the course, which would lead to your Student Finance application being denied.

Does Universal Credit affect the amount of financial support I receive?
