Through the lens of Coaching (from an ontological perspective) and also passing through my own lens about this process. The self (individual) is the storyteller expressing itSelf through its own experiences.
Understanding the background and present lived experiences this expansion can serve as a bridge between today’s reality and previous experiences.
Each session is an opportunity to consider possibilities through an expansive conversation that can be further explored and therefore, lived.
through the lens of organisation, the link between physical spaces and human wellbeing (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) has been under research for quite a while. Our approach when it comes to organised spaces - the human is the centre of the space.
The human is the one that brings and creates Life inside of each space.
Organising spaces with the intention of creating positive chains of wellbeing, belonging and contribution is our primary motivation and an opportunity that we do not take for granted.
The focus is about how each person will feel centralising the experience and not the objects.
through our workshops, training and experiences - we call this process: “the art of giving and receiving”. In essence serving people is a human experience that should be cared for, nurtured and treated with the utmost respect and kindness and not just a mere service to be offered without any consideration.
For us the exchange between people in daily activities, events or in any environment cannot be treated just as a simple service. We hold that space with the utmost respect, care, intention and joy.
This is where we share our learnings through the exchange of acquired and lived experience over the last 20 years. We use the expression of our voices for this exchange to happen.
